Wealthyland Group Ltd was incorporated in Ghana as a limited liability company — Registration No. CS211032013 — establishing its headquarters in Accra, East Legon, with a vision to become the leading diversified infrastructure and investment group in West Africa.
African and International Footprint
The Group expanded its operational presence to Johannesburg, South Africa, and London, United Kingdom — positioning itself to serve clients across the continent and to access international capital markets, technology partners, and global expertise.

Dr Daniel Wealthyland led the Group's expansion into new markets and sectors — building a network that spans institutional investors, private equity firms, and multinational corporations across West Africa, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and beyond.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Wealthyland Group is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across all operations, project sites, and client engagements. We establish a proactive culture of hazard identification, mandatory safety protocols, continuous training, and strict accountability from executive leadership down to every member of our on-site workforce.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment. Comprehensive risk assessments are the cornerstone of our HSE policy. By identifying risks before operations begin, analysing their severity, and implementing control measures, we effectively prevent workplace accidents and equipment failures.
Education and Training. We provide routine HSE training, ensuring all staff are well-versed in safe operating procedures, emergency response, and the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Regular safety drills, toolbox talks, and compliance certifications ensure that safety remains top of mind for every team member.
Equipment and Site Management. We enforce strict equipment maintenance schedules, conduct routine workplace inspections, and provide certified, hazard-appropriate PPE. Safety boards, alarms, and pedestrian signage are strategically placed throughout all workspaces to clearly communicate risks.
Incident Reporting and Continuous Improvement. Every accident is investigated to determine its root cause. By analysing this data, we update our safety protocols, correct any design flaws, and continually improve our occupational safety standards.
Shared Responsibilities. Management actively endorses safety initiatives and allocates the necessary resources. Every employee has a personal duty of care to follow established safety rules, correctly use protective equipment, and immediately report potential hazards.
